Committee 与 Commission 都有委员会的意思，有什么区别么？

很难区别, 可以从以下方面理解:
1)commission 更多意, 如代理酬金 ,代理佣金,行纪,回扣,任命状,手续费,委员会等;
表达委员会时,更注重集体名词的概念. 使用比Committee组织相对较小,权利相对来说小一些的委员会; 也就是说内涵窄一些;
2)committee, 意思更单纯, 专指委员会
committee 为集合名词， 其后面的动词既可为单数也可用复数（主要看它是指一个集体还是指许多个人而定）， 例如： The
committee meets at four today. 委员会今天四点开会。 The committee get together
with difficulty. 委员们开会很难召集齐。
